The original Little Birds stitch pattern is from A Treasury of Knitting Pattens by Barbara Walker. I altered that pattern for knitting in the round on a 24 stitch repeat to make these mittens.
The sample mittens were naturally dyed by me with hollyhock blossoms and made for my bird-watcher sister-in-law.
