Little Cábelet
Pronounced (kā’bəlet). (Long a, short e, short e)
With a style that is simple yet sophisticated, trendy crossed with chic, this dress will complement any girl’s wardrobe. If you are looking for something else besides ruffles and lace, no-nonsense slip on and go, something that is fashionable but says I’m still a girl, this is it.
There is no one key element to this dress, only a clever, artistic balance of different elements is the secret to this amazing piece of work.
This dress is comprised of a simple skirt with no rhyme or reason cable-work. The cable-work is done in a free-form manner, taking the dress to the edge. In order to achieve a balanced but very stylish look, the dress is designed having a longer-than-the-norm edging with a subtle flare at the bottom.
This tall edging was done in a out-of-the-box way in order to complement the empire waist, allowing the dress to have a chic, modern, out-on-the-boulevard feel without the average long-dress feel that high-waisted dresses can have. Bringing the whole look together are the sweet little flutter sleeves.
A simple yet darling little headband complements this in vogue dress.
