This is a nice top with lace pattern.
The neck/shoulders shaping is with short rows, but you can finish the boat neck without short rows.
If you prefer deeper neck opening, I suggest to use short rows on both panels, otherwise you can do short rows on the front panel only. You can read more about this little top on my website.
