This adorable little flower bookmark would make a wonderful present for any occasion. It’s perfect for Mother’s day, teacher appreciation gifts, or (perhaps with a favorite book attached!) birthdays presents.

Not only does it use a tiny amount of yarn, but it is also quick and easy to make. I chose white, but the flower can be made in any color. I also added yellow embroidery floss stamens and a wool felt backing (with embroidery) on the leaf. These are optional, but the pattern includes instructions for them, including photos.

This pattern’s difficulty is easy. It requires knitting in the round, yo increases and basic decreases, chaining with a crochet hook (although this could be replaced with a ribbon or icord) and (optionally) basic sewing skills.
