Little fluffy Squirrel
★ SKILL LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE
★ MATERIALS AND TOOLS :
- Yarn: You can use any yarn that is comfortable and/or suitable for you. I used: Kid Mohair, for example: Alize, YarnArt, Gazzal… (mohair/polyamid, 50g ~ 500m, in 2 threads!!, 32sс = 4 inches), colors: ginger, brown, white; some elements in brown color you must crochet in 1 thread! there are notes about this in the pattern. Acorn: «Slonim» yarn (acrylic, 50g ~ 200m, Belarus, thin the thread in a half, 45sс = 4 inches) or «Iris» (cotton, 10g ~ 82m), colors – brown, beige, green.
For the squirrel for ginger parts you can use YarnArt Angora DeLuxe yarn too (mohair/acrylic, 100g ~ 520m). - Hook №1.5 (use the same hook for crochet parts in 2 threads and parts in 1 thread), acorn: hook №1
- Mount (can be replaced with any type of mount you are used to): legs - buttons size 16mm 2pcs (paste into leg side), 16mm 2pcs (paste into body side) neck - buttons size 14mm 1pc (paste into body side), 16mm 1pc (paste into head side)
- 14cm one piece of wire (for arms), 20cm one piece of wire (for tail)
- Fiberfill (to stuff)
- Glue or sewn eyes (7mm)
- Safety nose (8х6mm)
- Needle, safety pins, scissors, glue (Moment Crystal), thin stick (for the convenience of stuffing small parts)
- Felting needle (you can use it to correct brushing).
★ SKILLS REQUIRED:
You must have basic crochet and brush skills.
+ I add example(lesson) how to do 2buttons mount, you can download it with pdf-pattern.
