Enjoy a beautiful winter snow while skating across the ice or simply drinking hot cocoa! This lusciously soft hat is perfect for any chilly day. It features a stretchy knit look band and little snowflakes throughout to remind us of the beauty snow can bring.

The knit look band has a lot of stretch making this hat fit several head sizes plus you can easily modify the brim to make it tighter or looser depending on your needs.

Gauge: 4 hdc = 1 inch, 3 hdc rows = 1 1/4 inch

Materials needed:

  • Crochet hook size H/5mm
  • Two colors of light worsted weight yarn. Example shown is made with Caron Simply Soft Solids in Soft Blue and White.
  • Yarn/Tapestry Needle for finishing
  • Stitch Markers (scraps of contrasting yarn can be used)
  • Scissors

Less than a full skein of Caron Simply Soft will be used in two different colors.
