Little Forest Jumper PATTERN
This listing is for the pattern only! You will receive a PDF file with the pattern/instructions, some photos and video links on how to make the sweater pictured.
This sweater is a seamless design worked from the top down. It is first worked back and forth for the neck shaping and then joined together to work in the round. It is divided at the underarms where the body and sleeves are worked separately in the round. The collar is worked by picking up stitches and joining to work in the round. After the sweater has been blocked, the little trees are hand embroidered on using DMC embroidery floss.
This cardigan has a classic fit with approximately 2-4 inches of positive ease.
Some techniques to know: knit, purl, increase, decrease, pick up and knit, cast on and off in middle of work, etc..
