Sweet little short “sweaterlette” for Sunday over that sleeveless church dress that needs just a smidge more modesty or warmth in the sanctuary. It is half the length of a regular cardigan and has little cuffed short sleeves just like the big girls wear. Perfect for your little southern belle this Spring/Summer or to go over that special occasion dress. Just a single button to keep it carefree for both knitter and active princess. Easy on and easy off. Make one in every color!

Pattern includes sizes 4, 6 and 8 - chest sizes 22”, 24” and 26”

Pattern is written for Bramwell 4-ply yarn with a gauge of 8 sts and 11 rows per inch. A schematic is included so that you can also convert the pattern to use whatever yarn and gauge that you have on hand, if you so desire.

It is written for a standard gauge (4.5 mm) machine and ribber. Instructions are written for a Brother machine, but any standard gauge machine and ribber should work taking into account any brand specific details that may be in your manual for your particular machine.

You will need:
2.4 (3.3, 5) ounces of 4-ply yarn
1 button (9/16” - 3/4”)
