This is a child sized version of my Greystone cardigan.
A simple open front cardigan with raglan shaping for the sleeves, an a-line shaped body and a twist stitch pattern on the back and pockets. It is knit in one piece from the top down and is completely seamless apart from the pockets.
Sizes: 1-1½(1½-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10) years
Finished Chest Measurements:
21(22.5, 24, 26, 28, 30) inches / 53(57, 61, 66, 71, 76) cm (Based on twice the back width at underarm)
It is intended to be worn with approx. 0-2 inches / 0-5 cm positive ease. Choose a size up to 2 inches / 5 cm larger than the child’s actual chest measurement.

Knit in the round (for the sleeves)

DK weight yarn 100g/250 yd skein x 2(3, 3, 4, 4, 5) skeins
