This is a pattern that builds off of the ‘Little Heart Scrapghan’ to turn your hearts into a cute baby blanket.

You will need to first purchase the ‘Little Heart Scrapghan’ pattern to be able to complete the pattern for the baby blanket.

The baby blanket measures 24” x 33”.
It uses scraps of worsted weight yarn just like the ‘Little Heart Scrapghan’.
