This is a circuluar knitting pattern, that you can do on DPNs or circular needles if you prefer magic loop.
It is knit with the head and body as one piece, and then the arms, legs, ears, and tail are knit separate and added later. You also do a bit of shaping after knitting the head.

Using sport weight yarn, the final bunny is 7-8” tall, not counting its floppy ears. However, if you’d like a bigger toy, use bigger yarn and needles!
