Little Lady is a soft, elegant and fabulously comfortable skirt for little girls. Fancy cable work on the hip area hugs around their little curves, then flairs out to half calf length. The pattern is written for 2 year old girls but the actual skirt has so much stretch that it will easily fit them on their 3rd birthday too, with being a bit shorter in length.
