I love playing boardgames and one of my friends and family’s favourites is Carcassonne. It has little meeple pieces to mark tiles and scores. This gave me the inspiration to create this dice bag that could be used to hold the Carcassonne game pieces, or dice for a role-playing game.

It is knitted in the round from the bottom up and features stranded stripes of the game colours and a meeple of each colour which is knitted by intarsia in the round. It has a multi-colour bind-off and a multi-coloured crochet chain tie.

Detailed instructions are given for the intarsia in the round technique with a photograph tutorial.

This is a fun, quick and interesting knit that creates a bright little bag for all your gaming needs!
