This sample was knit in Phildar Frimas, on 4mm needles. The pattern is written for two sizes.

The smaller 40cm, or 16” head circumference size is knit in a DK or sport weight yarn, on 4mm needles.

The bigger hat, 48cm, or 19” is knit in worsted weight yarn on 4 1/2 mm needles.

Gauge: 22 sts & 40 rows = 4 inches, for smaller hat;
or 18 sts & 34 rows= 4 inches, for bigger hat.
