This is a very easy pattern for a cute, little pear applique.

Materials
– 2.5-mm (12 UK) Crochet Hook
– A small amount of Cotton.
I used a mix of Lammy Yarns Rio and Schachenmayr Catania that I had in my stash, but any Sport (12 wpi) cotton will work fine.
For the colors, you will need your favorite pear color (I used yellow and light green), brown for the petiole and the seeds, and green for the leaf.
– Tapestry Needle
Yarn Substitutions
While I used 12wpi-cotton yarn and a 2.5 mm hook, you can choose any yarn with the appropriate hook size. Just keep in mind that the final size of your applique will vary depending on that.

Size
The Little Pear Crochet Applique measures 2” (5 cm) by 1.4” (3.5 cm).

Gauge
This pattern is too small to accurately determine the gauge.
