CONSTRUCTION:
The head and body are crocheted in one piece. The feet are crocheted on. The wings and beak are sewn on.
SIZE:
If you use the indicated hook and yarn, the little penguin will be approximately 5cm / 1 inch short. If you want it to be larger or smaller, you can use a different yarn weight and adjust the hook size accordingly.
MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
- DK/light worsted weight in black, white and gray I used Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in Pure Black, Paper White and Slate Grey
- 2.5mm crochet hook / Size B-1 or C-2 depending on how tightly you crochet
- 5mm safety eyes (optional)
- Fiberfill
- Stitch marker
- Yarn needle
- Pin
- Scissors
