This is part of the ensemble “Little Prince” which comprises the beret, jacket, trousers and socks.

The recommended yarn in the Australian published book was Patons Single Caressa, which is not the yarn listed in the version put in by the person who did the pattern for the beret; presumably this was a different edition here in Australia.

2 balls of Single Caressa were listed for the jacket, or 5 balls for the whole set. I do not know the yardage, as this yarn is discontinued.
