This hooded scarf was inspired by the classic fairy tale, Little Red Riding Hood. In addition to basic chains and double crochets, this beginner pattern uses a foundation double crochet and a chainless starting double crochet; you can substitute a turning chain or other method of your choice.

The original design used just less than 4 skeins of Cascade 220 Superwash Merino in Red.
