Little kids just love to wear Christmas sweaters!
Rudolph with his little red nose takes centre stage on this festive tank.
A simple striped back and no sleeves make this a fast little project.
This knitting pattern has instructions for the following sizes:
0-3m 3-6m 6-12m 1-2years 2-3 years 3-4 years
These picture knits are worked flat and seamed for easy intarsia knitting. If you are a new knitter and not quite ready to work in intarsia this time, simply Swiss darn (duplicate stitch) Rudolph onto your little vest after knitting.
Choose any 4 Ply yarn (or sport yarn) that knits on 3.25mm (US3) needles to the tension listed below.
The sweater shown here was knitted in Bergere De France Caline 4ply.

You will need:
A pair of 2.75mm (US2) single pointed needles
A pair of 3.25mm (US3) single pointed needles
Darning/tapestry needle
Bergere De France Caline 4ply.
30 (40, 50) gm red - for the main background colour
15 (20, 25) gm oatmeal - for the trim and reindeer
10 (15,20) gm brownish grey- for the trim
A small amount of black - for the reindeer’s eye
