I used different yarns for different sizes:
A Lace Yarn (30 stitches x 40 rows = 10 cm x 10cm) for Size 92/98
A fingering yarn (20 stitches x 28 rows = 10cm x 10 cm) for Size 104/110 and therefore different needles (2.5 mm for Size 92/98, 3,5mm for Size 104/110 and 2,5 mm for the edges)
