Sizes are from 18” - 24” chest - advice is provided for larger sizes, but it was specifically written for baby sizes. Transitioning the pattern to a Toddler should be fairly easy if you are not a total newbie crocheter. Theoretically you could make even Child and Adult sizes, but you should be an experienced crocheter, as I just provide guidance, not specific stitch counts.
