This sweet little sheep motif is very easy and quick to make, soon you’ll find you have a small flock of them!

The sheep is made of a single flat layer of crocheted fabric, making it an ideal applique element to add to a larger piece. It also works as a standalone item, such as a badge or brooch.

I used cotton DK yarn with a 3 mm hook, but you can use any yarn you like. Only a small amount of yarn is needed, so it’s perfect for leftover scraps.
