I like knitted Christmas ornaments. This year I wanted to knit a snowman. The one I finally made is knitted in stockinette with a bottom-up construction. His face is embroidered and the carrot - also knitted in stockinette - is stitched on. He also wears a little hat and a scarf.

Please note, this is fiddly work - esprecially the cast on and the first few rounds, but the resulting snowmen are really cute.
