’Mothers’ are a range of amigurumi dolls that I am currently designing as a dedication to Mothers all over the world.

“Little Sparrow” Zion Asher was made in memory of one of my grandchildren: ‘Heaven will hold you before we do and keep you safe until we come home to you’

This pattern can be made with or with out the baby angel wings.

MEASUREMENTS
With the yarns used in this project the doll measures 17 cm tall
To make a larger doll you can use the same pattern and use thicker yarns, double yarn and larger hooks.

TOOLS/MATERIALS REQUIRED
8ply/DK acrylic yarn for her hair and skin
4ply/fingering cotton/acrylic yarn for her body
3mm crochet hook
polyester fibre fill, darning needle, wooden skewers to curl the yarn for her hair.

SKILL LEVEL
• There are a few very small, fiddly parts to this pattern. But it is well worth the effort.
• suitable for beginners (level 2 - easy/medium)
• pattern contains clearly explained instructions for each round,
• many step-by-step photos

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Crocheting in spiral.
• Single crochet stitch.
• Increasing and decreasing.
