This pattern is for the star square, which makes a 5” x 5” block. What you do with it is up to you.

I did include what I did to make the baby blanket as seen in the main photo.

You can make this in any weight of yarn, but make sure that your hook size is the right size for that weight of yarn.

The pattern includes both written instructions and photos to make it easy to do.
