Little Thun
Little Thun is the baby/child version of the Adult Thun Sweater which you can find here.
A super simple, fun & fast knit. This baby sweater will knit up in a flash using DK weight yarn and incorporating stripes into the body & sleeves.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
See a full schematic & sizing measurements list a few photos down on this page
READ FIRST
- These measurements are based off of averages found in online baby/child size charts. Not all children are built the same, these are based on averages. If you can measure the child you’re knitting for that is the best way to achieve the perfect fit.
- There is a little bit of built in positive ease for the chest and upper arm measurements for comfort.
- How to choose a size: the measurements are to fit the upper range size, 3-6m will fit up to a size 6m, but if the baby is 6m old, you should choose a larger size.
Sizes: A (B, C)D, E, F, G
0-3m (3-6m, 6-12m)2y, 4y, 6y, 8y
Main sample (pink and mint striped version - 1st photo) is size C.

NOTES
-
This pattern was professionally tech edited & test knit for every size.
-
The second sample in the photo (blue & cream) was a beta test version, it was a size that I later scrapped before moving on with the pattern. It’s similar in size to the 3-6m with 1 more stripe in the body & sleeves than the pattern is written. The main sample (pink & mint colors) is accurate to the pattern.
