MATERIAL
Yarn: (3, 3, 4, 4)(5, 5, 6, 7) balls of SUPER TWEED (95% merino, 5% mohair superwash, Aran, 105m/50g, couleurway: ROSE CHANTAL) of Fonty or approximately (286, 314, 365, 390)(435, 499, 577, 640) meters or (313, 343, 399, 427)(476, 546, 631, 700) yards.
Or any other aran weight yarn which provides the correct gauge.

Needles: 4mm/US6 and 4.5mm/US7 circular needles. Adjust needle size to obtain the correct gauge.

Other: markers, tapestry needle, stitch holders or waste yarn, 5 buttons of 2cm or ¾ in for 6 months to 4 years and 6 buttons for 6 years to 12 years.

GAUGE
With 4.5mm/US7 needels, 18 sts and 24 rows = 10cm/4’’ in stockinette stitch, washed and blocked.
