Little V-Neck Cardigan
The Little V-Neck Cardigan is a worsted weight sweater that is easy to knit, and looks great on all the kids. This is a great pattern for beginners, as well as for more experienced knitters wanting a quick and easy baby gift. Instructions are clearly written, and there is minimal shaping required.
Sweater back and fronts are knit flat, and seamed at the shoulders.
Sleeve stitches are picked up along the the armhole edge, and knit down to the cuff.
Stitches are picked up along the fronts and back neck, and the neckband is worked in garter stitch.
Buttonhole instructions are included on both right front and left front, so you can choose where to place them.
If you prefer, you can choose to omit the buttonholes, and wear the sweater open.
