Little Wilderness Socks
I’m excited to bring you the next installment in my self appointed challenge to come up with new ways to use sock sets and scraps. The Little Wilderness Socks have been brewing on my needles for years, and I’m so happy to see them bloom this spring.
This design was inspired by wildflowers and overgrown gardens. The name is derived from one of my favorite regency area clap-backs from Pride & Prejudice. Using antique botanical prints as my reference, this sock’s centerpiece is a wildflower complete with leaves and roots and the runs down the front, with gentle eyelet vines down the back.
Thank you so much for your support of Little Wilderness. I cant wait to see your socks! Please use the tag #littlewildernesssocks to share with me on instagram! Seeing your yarn choices and watching your progress is the greatest joy. Happy knitting!
