Little Wizard Jacket
Here comes a nice warm jacket for the fall and spring. With the knitted hat, the little one quickly becomes a sorcerer’s apprentice!
The jacket can be knitted with the double face technique as a solid and thick result is recommended. Nevertheless you can also knit with the normal technique for coloured knits. In this case I would recommend a rather thick yarn and the needles to be rather thin, to get to the tension sample.
8 colours were used for the sweater: orange, pink, purple 1, yellow, light green, dark green, blue, purple 2. For the last two colours 2 skins might be needed, depending on the wool. For the other colours 1 skin should be enough.
In addition, a separable zipper (30 cm) is required.
The jacket in the picture was knitted with a self-spun yarn, so please be lenient, if the stitch is not perfectly even.
Tension sample (colour pattern): 10 cm = 24 STS and 30 R
level of difficulty: medium
