Litukka
Litukka is a timeless sweater with lovely details on the shoulders, neckline and cuffs. It’s comfortable to wear because of its positive ease. A good everyday friend.
Litukka is the name of the community garden that I can see from my window. As I was making the pattern and knitting the sample, it was October, and the grass in the garden was frozen every morning until the sun rose and melted the frost. The frozen grasses resembled the color of this sweater.
I used a lace-weight yarn, held double, but you could as well use a thicker yarn, held single.
The pattern has been has been test-knitted in sizes S, M and L.
