Liv Fingerless Gloves
The Liv fingerless gloves are both attractive and functional. The delicate cables going all over the top of the fingerless gloves give a special hand-crafted feel. They are suitable for both beginners and intermediate knitters. Their length protects your wrists from the cold while covering a large part of your fingers to keep them warm, but still allowing them to move freely.
They have a comfortable thumb gusset that perfectly fits the anatomy of the hand. It is easy to knit and enhances comfort when wearing the gloves. The fingerless gloves have a long cuff, preventing any gap between the mitten and your coat sleeve.
They are worked bottom-up in the round and start with a classic 1x1 ribbing, then switch to a cable motif at the top and finish with 1x1 ribbing again.
The fingerless gloves are one size only, but if you want a different size, you can choose thinner or thicker needles or yarn.
The pattern includes both written instructions and charts. These fingerless gloves can be worked on either double-pointed needles or long circular needles using the Magic Loop method.
