The Liv mittens strike a perfect balance between beauty and functionality. In this design, the cable motif on the back of the mittens offers a fun entry into the world of twisted cables.

These classic mittens feature a comfortable thumb gusset that fits perfectly with the anatomy of the hand. They are easy to knit and ensure great wearing comfort. The mittens have a long cuff, preventing any gap between the mitten and your coat sleeve. They are suitable for both beginners and intermediate knitters.

The mittens are knit from the bottom up in the round, starting with classic 1x1 ribbing, then transitioning to a cable motif that continues to the top.

The mittens are one size only, but if you want a different size, you can use thinner or thicker needles or yarn.

The pattern includes both written instructions and charts. These mittens can be worked with either double-pointed needles or long circular needles using the Magic Loop method.
