About the Livi Set

Here it is: the perfect knitted gift for your loved ones: the Livi Set! The Livi Hat is super quick to knit and requires very little yarn - making it the perfect gift knit. The entire hat is knitted in 1x1 rib from the bottom up. The brim of the hat is designed to be extra long and the decreases are worked in the center of the hat for a decorative finish. The Livi scarf is quickly and easily added to complete the set. It is also knitted in 1x1 rib and is shaped using increases and decreases.

Begin by making a gauge swatch to check that you have the correct gauge.

One Size

Head Circumference: 53 - 60 cm

Needles:

Circular knitting needle 7.0 mm (US10) (40 cm) (16 inches)

and

DPNs 7.0 mm (US10) or Circular knitting needles 7.0 mm (US10) (80 or 100 cm) (40 inches) for Magic Loop

Gauge:

In rib pattern (k1, p1) on needle 7.0 mm US10:

15 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm

Materials:

150 g “Line 359 Fano 100” from OnLine

held together with

25 g “Soft Silk Mohair” from Knitting for Olive

The hat and scarf are knitted with two strands of yarn held together.

Please note that you may need more yarn if you want to knit the hat or scarf longer than indicated.
