Marian of Marianated Yarns just mentioned a few words, and talked about her new colors and it got me inspired. Her yarn colors are just beautiful. Sometimes you work a shawl and try to match the color of the yarn to the theme of the pattern. Any color will work with this design. Choose green and it looks like leaves, red and it is a giant rose, and yellow it reminds you of the sun. It is such an easy shawl that you could make one in every color.

It is worked from the top down and the body of the pattern is written out with little boxes by the instructions so you can check off what has been done. The border is charted.
