The pattern can be made in your favorite yarn. I used a color-changing yarn.

Your hook must be 1 sizes larger then you would choose (normally 1-3 sizes larger then the advice).

You can adjust the length and the width of the shawl.

Me and my testers used about 1000-1200meters of yarn with a 5 time repeat.
