Llian is a cute little baby blanket worked in rows and is suitable for a beginner. There is one row of the pattern repeat that uses Bobble stitches.

The pattern includes a crochet symbol chart and written instructions in both UK and US crochet terminology (just pick which version to download).

I’ve used a mixture of Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK and Stylecraft Special DK but any light worsted or DK weight yarn would be suitable.

I haven’t included set colours or yardage as the design is meant for using up scraps of yarn. I’ve given approximate yardage for each section of the pattern so you can work out your own colour scheme or calculate if you have enough scrap yarn.
