The pattern will give you step by step instructions for making the loaf cat keychain. I don’t go into detail about all the types of stitches in the pattern itself, so please have a read down below to learn more about what stitches will be used. The pattern is in PDF format.

Materials needed:

• 4 ply yarn (any cat colour + black)
• 2,75 mm crochet needle
• A pair of 5 mm safety eyes
• Scissors
• Stitch marker (or a piece of yarn)
• Stuffing
• Keychain (optional)
• Yarn needle (to hide ends)

Crochet stitches used in the pattern:

Ch - Chain
Sc - Single crochet
Cl st - Cluster stitch (instructions included in pattern)
Inc - Increase (2 sc in the same st)
Sc2tog - Single crochet two together, also called a decrease stitch (instructions included in pattern)
Inv dec - Invisible decrease (instructions included in pattern)
