Inspired (or maybe obsessed?) with lobster mittens a friend was knitting, I had to make lobster socks to go along with them. Crabs seemed like a fitting companion to the lobsters so they came along for the ride too. These are really fun socks to knit, which for me made them also strangely fast to knit too. I guess I just couldn’t put them down!

For experienced knitters (I recommend that you have made at least one basic sock and one other colorwork project first).

Sizes: child, (women’s, men’s)

Materials:
Color A:
1 skein – MadelineTosh sock yarn (color: Tomato) –420 yards
Color B:
1 skein Lichen and Lace 80/20 sock yarn (color: Rainy Day) - 100g, 365 yards
(there is approximately enough yarn to make 2 pairs of shorter socks in full skeins of these yarns)

Pattern includes colorcharts for 3 sizes and suggestions for adjusting fit if you are a tight knitter or have wider feet.
