Lodge Beanie
When I sat down to design the Lodge Beanie, I did not have a plan. I simply created each section of the beanie on a whim, as though doodling in the margins of a notebook. The result was unexpected and it has since become one of my most popular designs. This beanie is a simple fair isle design, easy enough for those new to color work, but will keep the interest of the experienced knitter as well.
This hat is knit continuously in the round. 2x2 ribbing creates the brim, then a simple color work chart is followed in stockinette.
