Loganberry Lamb
LOGANBERRY LAMB measures approximately 11 inches/28cms from head to toe. His feet, legs and body are knitted as one piece, flat and assembled. His head, ears and arms are knitted separately and sew on. I have included a very detailed step-by-step assembly guide, which is full of photos and tips to help you create a lovely lamb for someone special.
Suggested yarns:
Drops Alpaca Boucle
Wendy Eider
Peter Pan Precious
Phildar Phil Douce
Phildar Phil Nounours
Rico by Design Teddy Aran
Sirdar Touch
There are lots of lovely fuzzy yarns available at the moment, the above is only a suggestion of the yarns I have personally tried. You may note that some of these yarns are chunky/bulky weight but they knit very well on the small 3.5mm needles.
For the contrast yarns please use an Aran or Worsted Weight and please use the needle size quoted on the pattern, not the ball band. My personal favourite is Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran and Paintbox Yarns Aran Wool Mix.
The outfits for Loganberry are worked in double knit or lightweight worsted and the direction for these, including yarn amounts are listed after the lamb pattern.
“Small print” Please note this an instant downloadable knitting pattern, it is not the finished item and it is not a printed and posted pattern. Due to the nature of instant downloads refunds will not be given for any reason. This pattern is written in English only.
