Lohi Sweater
My grandmother Astrid digged through old photos and found this picture of her and my great-grandmother with a magnificent catch in the 60s. Grandma loves wild salmon and was thrilled when I started flyfishing back in 2014. She gladly joined me on trips to the river just for the sake of the journey.
Lohi is a tribute to the amazing wild salmon which, unfortunately, was recently listed as endangered in Norway. I’m crossing my fingers that we manage to save the wild salmon, and that future generations get to experience some of what I’ve been so fortunate to experience while fishing. The sweater fits right into waders, and is perfect for fishing trips throughout the flyfishing season.
