London Blouse
-The London Blouse is an elegant and classy sweater blouse that you could wear for any occasion.
-The body is worked in one piece from left to right, with sleeve holes worked directly into panels. Sleeves are then worked directly onto the body. The only seaming we will do is for the shoulders!
-Pattern is designed to be close-fitting with 0-1” of positive ease.
-Sized according to CYC standard guidelines and are written as follows: XS(S,M,L)(XL,2X,3X,4X,5X)
-Pointed collar, button band, and sleeve cuffs can be done in a contrast color, or same color as your main panels. Have fun with it!
-Collar, button bands, and sleeve cuffs are worked directly onto panels.
-Pattern comes with a resource guide filled with videos and photos for references as you go along.
-I personally used 9 buttons and spaced them to my preference. I’ve included instructions on how to customize your button holes for any spacing you choose.
-Sleeves are slightly tapered to the elbow, then worked straight until cuff. Cuff is then further tapered to mimic the look of buttoned blouses we’d see at the store!
Pattern uses approx. 1091(1213,1361,1474)(1658,1797,1961,2136,2260) yards of DK (3) weight yarn, a 3.5mm hook (or size needed to obtain gauge, and buttons.
