London Routemaster Bus
This pattern is to knit a traditional London routemaster bus. This was the bus that you would have seen all over London a few years ago, but they have nearly all been replaced by the more modern version. Many of us Londoners miss them. I have tried really hard to knit a bus that accurately captures the spirit of the old London routemaster. There at the back is the platform to stand on and pole to grab if you try to get on or off between stops.
The pattern contains colourwork charts for the side panels, and back and front. I have also listed in details every row, though if you are experienced in colourwork you will be able to work from the charts. This has made the pattern long, and it also contains some photographs to help with the sewing up.
The finished bus is approximately 23cm x 14cm x 7cm.
