London Slouch
It’s never quite so obvious that the United States is a young country when you run smack up against a market that’s been in more or less the same place for 2000 years, and is still going strong. Or a wall built by the Romans. Couple that with brand new modern architecture, and you get a cityscape that runs the gamut from ancient to uniquely new.
This hat was inspired by the London Eye, one of the more recent additions to the London skyline, and one that can be seen for miles. With just enough slouchiness for style and a striking reverse stockinette background, twisted knit stitch columns run up the body of the hat, getting closer and closer to each other as you reach the crown, just like the spokes on the Eye.
