The Lonely Bloom Socks pattern features a single flower stem on one side of a sock, growing from toes to cuff. Socks are worked from toe up with distinctive directional left and right toes, small gusset, short row heels and asymmetric placement of the Bloom pattern. The pattern describes working the top/front and the sole/back of the foot/leg. Socks can be worked on double-pointed needles, two circular needles or on other types of needles convenient for the knitter for knitting small circumference in the round.
The stitch pattern is charted and written.
Sock foot circumference:
- S un-stretched 17 cm / 6¾’’, stretches to 19 cm / 7½’’
- M un-stretched 19 cm / 7½’’, stretches to 21 cm / 8¼’’
- L un-stretched 21 cm / 8¼’’, stretches to 23 cm / 9’’
Foot and leg length adjustable to fit.
