Lonely Day
Lonely Day socks are colourwork socks knit cuff-down with two colours. The pattern features an afterthought heel placed using waste yarn. The colourwork doesn’t have any long floats, so it’s suitable for a beginner colourwork knitter as well. Although I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this pattern for a new sock knitter, as a bit of understanding on how you like your socks will be helpful for getting the best outcome for you. That being said, I have included a whole page on how to modify the pattern to fit your feet perfectly.
