CORRECTION:
for the wrong side rows 2-12 the repeat should be k2, p11 NOT k3, p11

This pattern is worked with eyelets at the top (neck) so that a ribbon or i-cord can be run through and cinched, or it can be worn as a sort of wrap without the cord and is very beautiful.
