This elegant party dress is made of fine black cotton yarn. The dress has a wide lace skirt with 8 separate wedges at the bottom. The fluffy tulle petticoat is attached to the dress (no needed sewing work). I recommend using tulle in bright colors. The top of the dress has thin straps and an open neckline. There is a snap button closure on the back.
