Long Spiral Scarf & Simple Hat -- Long Spiral Scarf
This scarf gets its swirling shape from adding yarn overs every fourth row -- it’s just that easy!
Though it is knit flat, two 24” circular needles are required to hold the large number of stitches. Knit back and forth in rows as if you were using straight needles (do not join stitches). Place rubber bands or point protectors on one end of each needle to keep the stitches from slipping off.
Finished Size:
2.25” wide x 48” long (measured along cast on edge) (5.5 cm x 122 cm)
Yardage:
173 yards/159 meters
